Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 large onion, sliced
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add in sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, and pepper and stir to coat.
- Continue to let simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring every few minutes to ensure that the bottom doesn’t burn.
- Remove from heat and enjoy warm or cool to room temperature then refrigerate. Enjoy!
